Exhibiting at Supermarket Trade Show 2026 @ Makuhari Messe !
This was our fourth time participating in the "Gomi Shoten Specialty Food Corner." I left Fukuyama at dusk, reminiscing about how hectic it was last year—traveling straight from SMTS to the Gulfood exhibition in Dubai the very next day!


This time, our booth was located right next to Ohsawa Japan, a company known for their extreme dedication to quality. It was a great learning experience.

The Supermarket Trade Show celebrated its 60th anniversary this year with a massive turnout!

 

We had hoped to secure an independent booth in the main hall, but even the waiting list was full. So, we settled into our usual, familiar spot.

Since we were in the back of Hall 9, just like last time, I expected a slow start—but I was pleasantly surprised! The area was bustling with a huge number of visitors right from the beginning.

As this is Japan’s largest exhibition for domestic mass retailers, we showcased our entire "Setouchi Men-Meguri" (Setouchi Noodle Tour) series, including both fresh and dried noodles.


Interestingly, even here in the domestic market, the products customers inquired about most were our vegan items!


It has also been one year since Mr. Okita from our International Sales Department made his debut in LA and Las Vegas!


We were also delighted to welcome many international buyers to our booth.



The star of the show this time was our Alcohol-Free Vegan Instant Ramen "HOT CHILI." Everyone who sampled it gave it rave reviews! It seems spicy flavors are universally popular!
