Our Exhibition at ANUGA 2025 in Cologne, Germany

We exhibited at ANUGA 2025, the world's leading food trade fair, held at Koelnmesse, Cologne, Germany, for five days from October 4th to 8th, 2025 

This marks our third time participating in the food industry's largest trade show.
ANUGA is the premier food trade fair, gathering over 7,400 suppliers from more than 100 countries and 165,000 buyers from 190 countries. It is a treasure trove of valuable information for anyone in the food industry, offering crucial insights into market trends and the latest developments, allowing for world food market predictions several years in advance.
We exhibited as one of the 60 companies in the JETRO Japanese Food booth, organized by the Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO). This was our third time exhibiting at the biennial ANUGA since our first participation before the pandemic in 2019. We were once again the only noodle manufacturer at the exhibition!

We also shared a joint booth with Asamurasaki-san as part of the [Hiroshima Prefecture Bingo Fukuyama Food Export Association], maintaining our usual three-company setup.

The Evolution of Vegan Noodles
Since first launching and promoting our four types of Vegan Ramen—a world first at the time—back in the 2019 exhibition, we have now expanded our lineup to feature a stunning 25 varieties of Vegan Noodles! These were highly praised by buyers from all over the world.

Journey to Cologne

On the flight over, we were lucky enough to fly over the Arctic Circle, and the Aurora Borealis (Northern Lights) gave us a spectacular welcome!

About Cologne

Cologne is a magnificent city, best known for the Cologne Cathedral (Kölner Dom), said to be the largest in the world! 

This breathtaking World Heritage Site is located right across the river from the exhibition venue, Koelnmesse.


Every day, we walked from the train station to the venue. We successfully managed the booth with the same two team members who worked at the previous New York exhibition.

We also spotted our Vegan Ramen at the booth of one of our Dutch partners, Beagley Copperman!
