The day after we finished at the Winter Fancy Food Show in Las Vegas until the 21st, we crossed the Atlantic Ocean and went to Lyon, France!
One day before, staff from the overseas business department traveled from Japan to France to set up the site! I followed them there to support the ramen tasting... This was my first experience!
We started selling in France in 2015, which is already 10 years ago, but in 2020, we exhibited at the CIAL PARI 2020 exhibition, and our vegan ramen series suddenly became the main attraction in Japanese food stores in Paris! This time, we will be unveiling three types of alcohol-free, animal-free, and vegan ramen in the same format as the Winter Fancy Food Show in Las Vegas.
