January 19-21, 2025 We exhibited at the JETRO Japan Pavilion at the Las Vegas Winter Fancy Food Show!
This was the second stage of the new voluntary organization
"Hiroshima Prefecture Bingo Fukuyama Food Export Council,
" which was launched last year.
This was our first time exhibiting at the Winter Fancy Food Show in Las Vegas! Group exhibitions overseas are the main theme of this year!

We started selling in the USA in 2008, which is already 17 years ago,
and even back then, participating in an American exhibition was a goal!
The main focus is our ramen!

The Meat Free Ramen series for North America has been around since 2013!

The Vegan Ramen series will be on sale in LA from 2020!

Three of the four group companies are from Fukuyama soy sauce manufacturer "Asamurasaki"


Fukuyama bean confectionery shop "Tokunaga Seika" is also there.

In fact, a hidden hit product is this meat-free chawanmushi, which can be frozen and has a shelf life of one year, and is sold in limited quantities by Kurata Foods.

I've also been sampling commercial fresh ramen for a long time in Three Days!
